The home visit is a paid service, not a product-order deposit. Its price is not automatically deducted from an order. We agree the scope and time before confirmation. Request a time by email; a message does not reserve a visit. Consider the product quote in your own time, without sales pressure.

What is a pleated blind?
It is a blind made from fabric folded into pleats. Different models can have different operating methods and fabric constructions.
Can it move from both the top and bottom?
Some models have independently adjustable top and bottom rails. I check whether that type is suitable for your window.
Can it replace an old Venetian blind?
It is often possible, but the fixing and available space need checking. On this page you can watch a genuine example of a Venetian blind being replaced with a pleated blind.
How do I get a quotation?
Start with a message about your windows. If a home visit is appropriate, we agree the paid consultation so you can compare samples and I can confirm measurements and fitting. You receive a written quote for the products and agreed installation. Accepting the quote is a separate decision.
