Who is responsible for your information?
Haina Noma / Andreas Murtonen is responsible for handling enquiries sent to the business. Contact me about privacy at andreas@hainanoma.com.
When you browse
The website uses no advertising, visitor analytics, external fonts or embedded social-media services. The public website is delivered through Vercel. The provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses and request data. There is no customer account or online form on this website.
Your animation preference
If you pause the project animations, your browser remembers that choice in sessionStorage for this tab’s session. The preference is not sent to the server. The website also works without this storage. The website’s own code does not set cookies.
When you contact me
An email button opens your email application. A WhatsApp link opens a generic draft about the selected service. You enter personal details and decide whether to send. The website cannot see whether you sent a message. Contact details, photos and descriptions you send are handled to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and carry out agreed work. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information.
Providers and retention
Business email uses Google Workspace. If you choose WhatsApp, that service also handles the message under its terms. Providers may process information outside the EEA under their privacy arrangements. Enquiry information is needed while handling the matter; information relating to agreed work may also be needed for the contract and legal obligations. Information is not used for automated marketing or decision-making.
Your rights
You can ask about the handling of your information and request access, correction or deletion. Deletion or restriction depends on the reason for processing and any applicable retention obligations. Contact me by email. You can also contact Finland’s Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
