The home visit is a paid service, not a product-order deposit. Its price is not automatically deducted from an order. We agree the scope and time before confirmation. Request a time by email; a message does not reserve a visit. Consider the product quote in your own time, without sales pressure.

Does one blind fit every balcony glazing system?
No. Glazing structure, opening and fixing options vary. The product and fitting are planned for your particular balcony.
Can I get sliding panel curtains for a balcony?
You can ask about them. I first check track fixing, the space the panels need and product suitability for the balcony conditions.
Can I ask before arranging a home visit?
Yes. Tell me your town, glazing type and what you want to improve. A photo helps with the initial assessment. Asking a question does not commit you to a paid visit.
How do I get a quotation?
Start with a message about your windows. If a home visit is appropriate, we agree the paid consultation so you can compare samples and I can confirm measurements and fitting. You receive a written quote for the products and agreed installation. Accepting the quote is a separate decision.
