The starting point
Service owners cannot always reply while working. Varamo is a booking and field-service software project intended to connect customer messages, agreed appointments and the practical work around them.
My contribution
Varamo is a software product I own. Mikko led the architecture and foundations; I implemented most of the MVP.
What the application does
- Development of booking and customer-messaging workflows.
- Customer and field-service interfaces within one product.
- A separate marketing website explaining the service.
Project status
The image shows the local marketing application, which still uses APTO Booker branding. Varamo is Haina Noma’s intended operational tool; this case does not verify live bookings or payments.
